In order to maintain your Nice Difference Care+ coverage, you must ensure that your vehicle maintenance services are performed as recommended by your vehicle manufacturer, as stated in your Owner's Manual. This includes maintaining: (1) all fluid levels; and, (2) a record of your vehicle service history, including any repairs or maintenance performed on your own.

To help you maintain your vehicle, Nice Difference Care+ includes a $50 oil change credit for every four months of paid coverage for you to use to keep your vehicle up to manufacturer standards.

Yes, as long as the vehicle qualifies for coverage. Simply schedule a preliminary inspection at any Christian Brothers Automotive location and we will get the process started for you.

All batteries are considered a regular maintenance item and are not covered by the vehicle service contract.

Most vehicles that are less than 15 years old and have less than 165,000 miles will qualify, pending your mechanical inspection by a Christian Brothers Automotive shop.

Some high-performance and exotic vehicles, along with those older than 15 years with more than 165,000 miles, are excluded.

To enroll in Nice Difference Care+, you will pay a $285 registration fee, plus a low monthly subscription cost. After registration, your policy is charged as a subscription, meaning you can choose how long you want to keep coverage. This monthly cost is determined by your vehicle class, age and number of miles. You can pay monthly up until the point your car reaches 200,000 miles or is 20 years old.

If you no longer wish to have coverage, you can cancel at any time for any reason, free of charge.

A subscription plan puts you in the driver's seat of your policy. It offers instant coverage and easy cancellation at any time, as well as the flexibility to pay for coverage for as long as you want, regardless of the number of miles you drive.

Simply take your vehicle to the nearest Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) repair shop or any other licensed repair facility. Present your Nice Difference Care+ warranty card or have them call 855-663-4500, and they will handle the claim in tandem with our claims center.

All vehicle service contracts include a “pre-existing conditions” exclusion clause. Many other products on the market advertise no inspection when collecting your payment, only to later deny your claims under this clause.

Nice Difference Care+ is different. With your initial inspection, we let you know up front what we view as a pre-existing condition. From there you can either choose to fix it in order to obtain coverage, or you can choose not to fix it and simply know that component(s) will be excluded in your contract. We believe that informing you of known coverage exclusions up front and offering you the chance to repair any components in order to obtain coverage is a more transparent and less frustrating way to do business.

The deductible refers to the dollar amount you are responsible for paying on any covered repair invoice. Nice Difference Care+ offers a declining deductible, meaning over the course of your first two years of coverage, your deductible lowers until it reaches $0.

Deductible amounts are as follows:
0-6 months = $400 Deductible
7-12 months = $200 Deductible
13-24 months = $100 Deductible
25+ months = $0 Deductible

Nice Difference Care+ is proud to offer a $0 deductible throughout the life of the contract for all Veterans, First Responders (Firefighters, EMT, Law Enforcement), and Active Duty Military members.

The declining deductible only applies at Christian Brothers Automotive locations. The standard $400 deductible applies at any other automotive repair facility, regardless of the length of your contract.

Nice Difference Care+ offers comprehensive coverage for most makes/models and removes the guesswork out of choosing the policy that best suits your needs. Because we cover most components for one low, monthly subscription cost, you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes when a covered breakdown happens, rather than worrying if you purchased the right level of coverage in order to get it fixed.
