NICE DIFFERENCE - ITS A MISSION!
“Some people like to use the words "Nice Difference" when they are satisfied with something after having a bad experience. However, In the case of Christian Brothers these are not just 2 words, they are a mission statement. I recently brought my 2001 Ford expedition with 198,000 miles into Christian Brothers for some "routine maintenance" issues after putting it on the back burner for several months. I, like many other people have a fear of using a shop to do work on my car because of excessive pricing, the endless lists of "other parts" that are always found that need to be replaced during a routine service. Not to mention the the obscure pricing most shops give you that always feel like a bait in switch. Yes, it's true - women are not the only ones to feel like the garage is ripping them off. Going back to Christina Brothers.. When I dropped my vehicle off for service, I was greeted by a friendly face, a smiley and a hand shake. I was offered a warm cup of coffee, and loaner vehicle. My vehicle was diagnosed by a trained professional, and reasonable recommendations were made. Much to my surprise, there were no hidden gremlins in my engine that other shops would have found, and my vehicle was serviced by an ASE certified technician. I can confidently say that I have no doubt that the work on my vehicle was done correctly, within the time quoted, at a reasonable price equal to the skill and quality anyone would expect from a company like Christian Brothers. Thanks to Tom, Ron and the crew at Christian Brothers for a job well done! I'm looking forward to the next 200,000 miles!”
