Christian Brothers Automotive Best $200 “Our dodge minivan wasnt starting but FORTUNATELY we were able to get a jump and make it to Christian Brothers Automotive in Alpharetta. I am always leary of MECHANICS because of the wait time and over EXAGGERATED diagnosis to problems that inflate the repair cost. When I arrived to the shop, I spoke with Stephanie and shared my concerns. She then grabbed a mechanic and asked him to bring his Diagnostic / testing tool to see if they could quickly identify the problem. Literally in a couple minutes, They diagnosed the problem to be a bad battery. Not a spark plug problem or an alternator issue, just an old battery. They showed me the diagnostic code and said thats it. Stephanie and the mechanic brought my van to the front, quickly changed the battery and I was on my way. This was probably the fastest most comfortable feeling I have had at an auto repair shop. If you are looking for an honest auto repair facility with amazing customer service to take your vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive in Milton!!
