CBA 1) made a house call, 2) first thing on a Saturday morning, 3) got it started, and 4) drove it back to the shop for a more thorough inspection - all before i finished my first cup of coffee! They communicated quickly and effectively, keeping me updated. They checked out everything and then some. the pricing was more than fair - and the inspection was actually free! (not padded into the cost of other things....). You simply can't get this kind of service from a dealership - particularly the huge local luxury one I have been frequenting for years. The new Barrington location is gorgeous, clean, and the folks are super nice. clearly a caring, family run location. And even better, I can walk there from my house! Christian Brothers Automotive Great service experience “Called CBA informed them of brakes soft and going to the floor. told me to bring it right over. arrived and immediately put my van on the rack to diagnose the problem. quoted me what i considered a reasonable price for a quik repair (as its my only ride} Was shuttled back to my house fully expecting the repair to take a day. to my pleasant surprise I received a call just before they closed informing me i was all set. Cody picked me up and shuttled me back to CBA. Was back on the road that night and extremely happy with the repair. try getting that results from a dealer. Theres no way!
