Great service / quality maintenance

“i needed a minor part replaced on my jeep cherokee. i had an extended "bumper to bumper ": WARRANTY , but as expected the part was not covered . It was UNDERNEATH the car and i guess "under the bumper" . ha. anyway i took it to christian brothers and they replaced it for what my deductible would have been and i also got an oil/filter change (synthetic) for 50% off. they did it all in less than and hour and i'm sure better quality maintenance than the dealership would have provided. also, they had the part in (1) day and scheduled my appointment the next day. I will take my suv there for every repair needed , even if it exceeds my DEDUCTIBLE some. great work and nice to know there are still some " real" mechanics and automotive repair companies around.”

“I went into the Bryan Texas Chrisitan Brothers Automotive company and spoke with Mike Stuessy who was very very helpful. On my dashboard an image appeared I approached Mike and showed him my vehicle manual with the image. Mike proceeded to follow me to my vehicle and explained what the problem might be, he did it without saying we need to do a diagnostic test first. this is the type of customer service that is solely missing today because he could of said that so I truly appreciate it and wanted the service manager know how thankful i am.”

“I Came to christian brothers for brake pads. The place that changes my OIl kept saying I needed them. I trusted christian brothers because the car dealer that sold me my car trusted them. I caught the shuttle to work and the driver, Leslie was so sweet and down to earth that it put me in a great mood for work. After work I felt horrible but i called christian brothers to pick me up and they were there in minutes. I pulled Out a coupon to pay and the guy told me I wouldn't need it. I got nervous because I needed to use that cousin in Order to pay. I asked him if it was expired. He said no you don't need it because you don't Owe us any money. Turns Out I didn't need brake pads Or any brake service and my bill was 0.00. I welled up on tears because that was going to be the last Of money and they could've easily pretended to service my car. Then he asked my favorite color and handed me a carnation. From beginning to end fantastic service. Good looking staff, everyone was so neat and clean. The waiting room was neat and clean. The shuttle was neat clean. This is the Only place I will get service from this day forward. Oh and the price they originally quoted was lower than the greasy shop I had been using for years. Come to christian brothers if you don't want to leave smelling like an OIl change.”
