Christian Brothers Automotive “A-1 service from start to finish” “A-1 Service from start to finish I spent 25+ years in the car business and my main focus was customer experience. So this makes me very critical when I am looking for a good automotive shop. Take Care Of People” is what Christian Brothers stands for. In my experience their main focus was “customer experience”and “Take care of people” Me and my wife had a little bad luck with the power steering on our 2016 Ford Explorer. Electronic power steering went out and needed a new electronic power steering unit. I made a call to the local Ford Dealer and they did not seem interested in my issue nor did they offer to help. Another call to a local Ford Dealer and they said they were booked but could get me in at their Lincoln Dealer down the road from them. Something just didn’t feel right. While looking up a number for someone to tow our vehicle the information for Christian Brothers came up. I had noticed that they were a shop that was getting some recognition in the Twin Cities so I called the Chanhassen location, and from the time Colton answered the phone to the time we picked up our vehicle 4 days later. I knew that I had made the right choice. I got a call when my car showed up at the shop, I got a text when my vehicle was going in the shop, I even got a problem solving call about a hard to find part that was on national backorder, with Colton’s connections in the car business he located what we needed and had it a day later. When the call came in to let us know our vehicle was ready the day before we had to drive back to Illinois, me and my wife drove to the shop to pick it up. I got there and was greeted very quickly and friendly from a couple different people, including my service advisor Colton. The owner of the business, Mark, went to get our vehicle and pulled it up out front for my wife. After a quick signature and some hand shakes we were out the door and back on the road. I commented to Mark about how great of an experience we had with his business and how we would recommend Christian Brothers Chanhassen to my parents that just moved back to Excelsior, as well as all my family in the local area. I would recommend Christian Brothers Chanhassen to anyone who is looking for not only your vehicle to be fixed right the first time, but an outstanding customer experience all around. Not to mention integrity and honesty which is hard to come by now days in this business. Special thanks to Colton and the tech that worked on our vehicle. 1500 miles later and the Explorers power steering system continues to perform as designed.
