SO NOW I UNDERSTAND HOW A CV AXLE BOOT WORKS AND WHAT CAN HAPPEN WHEN IT'S WORN. I ALSO GOT TO SEE SOME OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE SEEN IN A WHILE. THERE WAS A CUSTOMER WHO ARRIVED IN A PARTICULARLY SURLY MOOD (NO JUDGMENT, JUST TRUTH) BUT THE TECHNICIAN WAS KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND ACTUALLY TREATED THIS PERSON LIKE FAMILY. IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS! I TRY TO BE SURE ALL MY CAR REPAIRS ARE TAKEN HERE, AND DUE TO A RECENT ISSUE WITH THEFT, ALL OIL CHANGES AS WELL.
