Christian Brothers Automotive Top- notch service and work! “Jeremy Robertson and his team at the Cypress Christian Brothers location goes over and above the expected duties! His customer service is excellent. He makes a point to not only know his customers personally but also to be 110% that they are educated and satisfied with their repairs and services. His mechanic was able to trouble-shoot my unusual circumstances and repairs when it had been a mystery prior to coming in to their shop. Not only did Jeremy treat me like I was his most important customer (and my repairs were minimal) but before driving me home, he loaded up water bottles and took off on foot across Hwy 290 to deliver cold water to students on a local school bus that had broken down! I left my car with him over the weekend..he shuttled it over to Discount Tires....made certain all was fixed....and will have my car ready to go on Monday when I return to town. I cannot say enough about this Christian Brothers Automotive franchise owner! I dropped the truck of at a Ford dealer and was informed hours later that I needed a new $13,500.00 engine. I decided to get a second opinion and brought the truck to Christian Brothers. As it turned out, I need some routine maintenance and a Fuel/Air Induction service. It was a fraction of the cost that the dealer wanted (to replace my entire engine). It was refreshing working with Mike and the guys at Christian Brothers!! They did work that was needed and nothing else. I will only be taking my vehicles the Christian Brothers from now on!!!!
