After leaving, there was an issue that arose with our vehicle. We contacted them and informed them of the problem and they responded in an amazing manner. They were in no way defensive or denied anything, instead they took full ownership and were sincerely apologetic. They worked with us and make sure everything was right with our vehicle and that we were satisfied. Problems/mistakes happen to everyone, but that shouldn’t define a place of business (or a person for that matter), it’s how they respond to them that does, and I’m blown away at the level of accountability and service from everyone at Christian Brothers. They are more than cordial and helpful, answering all questions and explaining in detail the recommended work required. This was for a couple of issues (transmission & suspension) and they worked well with the aftermarket warranty company. They even found a 2013 service bulletin that Mazda put out that addressed the transmission problem I was having. The repair was on a 2011 Mazda CX9. I called Christian Brothers since they're very close to where I live. I spoke with Zack who told me that the wiper probably just needed to be secured to the gear again and to bring it in whenever I had a free moment. When I brought my car in they fixed it right away free of charge since it was a quick 5 minute repair. That showed me they were more interested in building relationships with their customers than "nickel and diming" people.
