The first time I took my 2002, Ford Explorer CBA for routine maintenance we were told that there might be a problem with the front wheel hub bearings or I would not have known about it. They understood when I had to put it the repair off for a while and did not pressure me to have it done. I just thought it was engine noise or the tires rolling on the road, over the years it came so gradual that we just did not realize there was a problem. After the repair the road noise is much quieter and the car much safer. Great people, good repair job, fair pricing, great warranty included and the free shuttle service what a good deal. Christian Brothers Automotive Great price, great service “My daughter took her car to one of the local quick lube places and was told that the oil drain plug looked like it was cross threaded and they did not want to perform an oil change. I spoke to the manager of a repair facility where I work 40 miles away and he started throwing around prices that ran into the hundreds of dollars. I met Keith, great personality and generally a warm inviting person. I got the feeling he ran his business the same way. Dropped the car off for evaluation of repair cost thinking whatever price came back it would be a fair assessment and the cost would be appropriate. When I received the message âyour car is ready for pickupâ my thought was âwhat happen with the assessment of repair cost? I called and was informed that the drain plug was fine and they performed a simple oil change no issues. What a relief, couldnât help but wonder what that other repair facility would have charged had I taken it there. Christian Brothers will get all of my business for the other three vehicles I own. Only if you want top notch service, timely and cost effective (i was gifted with a voucher after a failed emissions testđ) ... My vehicle to drive back to Tampa passed its exam next day! A little coaching from junior! Not to mention the salon day spa-esque surroundings you cool your heels in waiting on your significant other namely your vehicle - all other staff plying you with bottles of ice cold water, healthy treats and as upscale an attitude as the environs dictate.
