Christian Brothers Automotive Unrivaled Auto Repair Experience “In the 50 years I've been driving a car, I haven't ever had the wonderful experience that happened at Christian Brothers Automotive in Gilbert. From the moment I called to schedule an oil change to when I paid the bill, the service was unrivaled. The well-appointed service reception area is more like a hotel lobby than a typical car repair place (even the biggest car dealers). The level of professionalism demonstrated by everyone from the owner to the service staff, especially Dominic, who assisted me, couldn't have been any better. Talking about the service, they have the most technology I have ever seen at a car dealership or service facility. It started when they wrote the service order. They communicated by text several times to let me know the status of my repairs, and emailed a summary of their inspection that included pictures of MY car of the parts that needed attention or replacement, along with full explanation and cost of what is urgent, could wait to do and for future consideration. They also offered a no-cost shuttle service to my office or home and to be picked up to retrieve my car. When I picked up the car there was a fresh, cold bottle of water in the console and a pleasant air freshener on the floor. Very impressive! The best part of the service is how they warranty and stand behind their work. All work and parts are guaranteed for 2 years or 24,000 miles. How it's different from any other repair facility is it is either 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever benefits the customer. So, as it was explained to me, if after a year and you've driven 30,000 miles, you still have another year of warranty. Try and get your current repair shop to offer that! I highly recommend that when you need a repair, oil change or other services, this is THE ONLY place to take your car! Christian Brothers Automotive Very Professional Shop “As a retired person who worked in the automotive field all my life, this is the finest and cleanest shop I have ever seen. The personnel are the top of the line. The shop was immaculate and the waiting area was as clean as my home. They performed all the work I wanted done and recommended other work that needs to be done which I knew about. I certainly appreciated the cold bottle of water and the air freshener that was in my vehicle when I was ready to leave. I am a snowbird from Virginia and did not know where to take my vehicle. My wife happened to be in the shopping area next to Christian Brothers shop and was impressed with how clean the shop bays looked and suggested I take my vehicle there. I am glad I listened to her. Everyone I was in contact with that day was very, very professional, neat, clean and friendly. I had it done two weeks ago but I could not stop thinking about the positive experience I have about this shop, so I decided to leave a comment. I called five shops to ask for advice regarding the front axle that is leaking grease. While other shops could not give me a straightforward answer regarding estimates and timeline of the repair this shop is very professional in dealing with customers. The repair finished on time, and I went home very satisfied and confident about the job this shop is doing. I felt like I was in a five-star resort club while in their reception area waiting for the repair. The place is so nice and clean, refreshments are complementary, internet is available, and the staff are doing their best in dealing with the customers. I felt so at home here. Christian brothers Automotive is such a deserving name for experiencing honesty, outmost customer care, professionalism, and exemplary service. Christian Brothers Automotive The bar has been raised - Excellent service “After my 2004 Nissan truck with 395,000 miles failed it's first emissions test, the testing facility told me about the AZ St. emissions program that will assist with repairs to allow my truck to pass. They had a list of qualified shops and Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) on Higley and Baseline was one of them. Having been referred there by another customer, I decided to give them a try. Kathy, CBA Service Rep, explained the AZ St. Emissions repair program and advised it may take a week to order parts and get my truck repaired. To my suprise, it only took a few days for CBA to not only repair my truck, but they also drove it to the Emissions where it passed and back to the shop which was one less thing I had to do. Like other reputable shops they did a complete diagnostic check for the immediate repair and an additional check for any future repairs, which they listed in priority and by my request an itemized cost for each repair. What CBA did different than other shops Ive been to is they took before photos and sent mini videos describing each mechanical issue they found. Each item was listed in priority and cost which helped me to decide when I wanted to have those things done. I knew beforehand that most of things on that list needed to be done. Because my vehicle was already at CBA, I decided to have most of the additional recommended repairs completed. One of the main things I had repaired was a new valve cover gasket that leaked oil and caused the whole engine compartment to look dirty. It now looks amazing. What separates CBA from other shops I've been to is there communication by text detailing where they are in ordering parts, the process of the repair, all the way to completion. CBA nation wide 36,0000 mile or 3 year NICE warranty on the service they perform is a huge plus as well.
