Christian Brothers Automotive A blessing! “Night before last I limped my Jeep into Christian brothers. I work at DFW airport but live in Oklahoma. I commute daily. I pulled in 15 minutes before closing time. Donnie the service manager offered to help me. He tried to do a quick diagnosis but wasn't really able to tell much. I decided to leave my Jeep with Him, but I had no way to get a rental car. He then offered to take me to the airport where the only open rental car place was. The confusing directions kept us together for awhile! But during this time we shared Jesus and testimonies. Yesterday Donnie called with what he found. The failed part had been replaced in December by a dealer in Oklahoma. I told Donnie I wanted him to have the business but couldn't pass up the warranty. He completely agreed and said, "we just want you taken care of". I intend to move to Southlake as soon as the Lord provides a home for me. Christian Brothers will be my go-to mechanic! Christian Brothers Automotive Impressive, Committed, and Caring Service “On a trip from Tennessee to visit family in Grapevine, TX we suffered a major transmission malfunction. Because the car was a hybrid, we checked around and not that many shops service the transmission of this category of car. Researching where we should trust the car for service, particularly needing the car relatively quickly, a neighbor recommended Christian Brothers. We called and spoke to Lisa and she indicated they could service it. After dropping the car off, I received a very apologetic call from Lisa explaining that because it was a hybrid, requiring special equipment they were unable to service it. However, knowing our situation and because I had left the car in their care based on their initial commitment, Lisa took ownership for finding a place that would service the car. She made sure I would be comfortable with the service shop chosen and further indicated she would arrange for the car to be transferred at no expense to me! She even followed up with me to make sure the dealership was taking care of me! As a former Global Director of Customer Care, Lisa’s commitment to great customer service was obvious and impressive! In a world where it is difficult to just get people to do what they say they’re going to do, having someone pleasantly and proactively exceed your expectations is indeed rare.
