I brought in my wife's minivan and told them the price of the parts for the vehicle at Orielly Auto parts which carries a life time warranty on their parts and they said they have their own parts people and won't use Oreilly Auto parts. I came to find out later on that the rack inpinon steering part at Oreilly was 298.00 and they charged me 598.00 dollars for the same part and when I question them they aaid everybody has a mark up on parts, and I replied not that kind of mark up. Then the guy running the store said the mark up is paying for a 24,000 mile warranty, the dealership will give you 1 year and 12,000.00 mile warranty. I am not inte4rested in paying three hundred dollars on a part for warrnty, most parts places give you life time warranty like Oreilly's Auto parts. They put a power steering pump on my wife's minivan and it did't work at all and they put on a second pump and it is so loud you think it was some emergency vehicle with it's siren on near you, now I have to waste a third day off of mine to bring the vehicle in for repair. I have one day off a week to get things done, sitting at home with no vehicle isn't my idea of getting things done. They quoted us some more work that need to be done and it was 1000.00 dollars and come to find out it was misdiagnosed and I feel like we are being taken for a financial ride, I trusted them but no longer, I will never take any vehicle to them for service.” William Fort Worth, TX Read moreless

Christian Brothers Automotive they made my truck and i feel like vip's “I was referred to Christian Brothers by a major tire dealer. i went there with some hesitation....but not only was i satisfied with how everything was handles i chose to use them 2 weeks later for another situation. there are not enough words to describe not only the quality of work but their customer service is over the top. they went out of their way to take care of why i took my truck in but willingly helped with another issue and then refused to take any extra money for the extra time it took them. I mean everyone,,,from the RECEPTIONIST/courtesy car driver (I think Brigette)....was so sweet...and such a safe driver....to the owner,- david, the service ADVISER - judd and last but not least - the service manager - ray!!! i was called by name by EVERYONE and made to feel like i was their most important CUSTOMER ever. and my truck was fixed perfectly. i will definitely recommend them over and over again. they really are the best.” G. I was having transmission issues and suspension issues and during all of it my dogs who love going for rides didn't want to get in my grand Cherokee any more. Transmission died in Texarkana. got that fixed there for a pretty penny but local guy. every bump felt like the rear end was falling out. Judd tried new shocks. still felt horrible. He took it back in and put new springs on and tried a different pair of shocks. Now it ride like it used to and the dogs are thrilled to death to go for rides with me again.
