I had an appointment and they got me in right on time. They were so friendly and helpful. They checked over my char to make sure everything was in proper working condition. They didn't try to force me into buying a bunch of stuff I didn't need. When I went out to my car when they were done, there was a nice, cold, bottle of water waiting for me AND they didn't even move the seat. After running diagnostics and found that it was "a random misfire" without identifying a particular cylinder, I decided to replace all the coils and plugs as my vehicle was turning 90,000 miles. The work performed by CBA was very timely and professional. The Service Manager at CBA was very helpful and extremely courteous an kept me posted on the progress of the work.
