Brand Storytelling: The Story of Neighborly

Brand Storytelling: The Story of Neighborly
| By: Christian Brothers Automotive

At Christian Brothers Automotive, it has been our goal since 1982 to be a good neighbor in every community we serve.

To us, and to our shop owners across the country, being a good neighbor goes beyond just friendly service. While we do prioritize exceptional service, being neighborly is more than just that. Being neighborly is about making a difference in the small corner of the world that you’re in.

At Christian Brothers Automotive, we are always looking for ways to take automotive care a step further, beyond just fixing and diagnosing a problem. We understand that when you’re seeking help with vehicle trouble, you not only need the work to be done, but to be done right. While our technicians have the repair part covered, our team is able to take the time to get to know you. We pride ourselves on transparency, so that you know that when we say something needs to be fixed, it’s because we genuinely care about the safety of you and your family. We want you to get back on the road and back to your normal routine as soon as possible.

When it comes to being a good neighbor, it’s easy to talk the talk. But at Christian Brothers Automotive, we’re committed to showing you that we not only think of you as part of our extended family, but we’re willing to go the extra mile for you just like we would for our sibling, parent or child.

When you walk to your car in the morning and you turn the key and nothing happens, your day gets flipped upside down. We don’t want you to have to face that burden alone. We’ll take you to drop your children off at school. We’ll take you around town to run errands. We’ll drop you off and pick you up from work.

To us, being neighborly is easing the headache of car trouble—whether that’s through transparent service recommendations, or helping your family get where they need to go. Being neighborly is going that extra mile. Being neighborly is giving back and getting involved in the community. But most importantly, being neighborly is investing our time into what matters most—people.
