Christian Brothers Automotive 1400.00 “I recently took in my sons 2004 Chevy Tahoe for diagnosis test due to that he was not getting any power when pressing down on the gas pedal. I had the test run and it revealed 6 major things needing to be attended to. The main thing was that it was not getting power. I was quoted a price of almost $1,400 to complete job. My concern was will this correct my main issue. I told them to fix the major concerns, but then Jeff called me back later as I was trying to get a hold of him to tell him never mind, but he reached out to me and told me even if we correct those concerns, it probably still would not fix the issue in it maybe the fuel pump. I loved that they did a complimentary inspection to let me know if things that could use a little TLC, have me a detailed quote, and then let me select those issues that I wanted to have repaired. There was no pressure. They sent a text when they were done (my request) and followed up with a call. Christian Brothers in Pflugerville had a price that was 40 dollars less expensive and could get the job done immediately. 20 minutes after I pulled up, the job was complete. Don't get me wrong, I am not against chain stores, but I like the familial feel of places, it really drives home the reason why we moved to Pflugerville. Christian Brothers Automotive 1250 “The entire crew was very useful. All the way from Andrew, to Todd, to everyone. My car was taken in, i got a quote, they worked with me and my financials. My payment was about $200 less than originally quoted and despite the holidays and the wrong part being shipped in the first time, my car was still done in a timely manner. THEN on top of all that? I was given a ride home from the shop. THEN, they came and picked me up, took to me Wal-Mart to pick up money I had sent to me, then to the shop. Christian Brothers Automotive Thank you so much jason “This is not a review it is simply a thank you to Jason the owner .I had my vehicle at another shop and I know I should name the shop but out of respect for Jason I will not.i put my vehicle in a shop for a new transmission after a matter of weeks of driving I knew something wasn't right, but the shop put me off until the transmission quit working all together.so they finally acknowledge it's a bad transmission it will take a couple days,then a week ,then maybe another week,by then id had it. I didnt know what to do but had to do something.i called this Christian brothers and I told the man who answered my situation. he told me to hold on, then Jason came on the phone he took the time for me to tell him everything I had been through with my car and the other shop .after about 20 minutes of me babbling and a little crying he told me to give him 20 minutes that he actually knew the owner of the other shop and was sure that he was unaware of the situation,he would call him and see what he could do.i admit I thought "sure you will I am so screwed and every one of these places are all the same".
