Christian Brothers Automotive Integrity Matters! “I scheduled my 1st appointment with Christian Brothers after yet another routine maintenance-appointment-turned-sales-pitch at my Honda dealership. The dealership claimed to have found a problem with my car that would result in costly repair. Since my car is newer and taken good care of, I found this problem unlikely. Christian Brothers did a comprehensive check of my car, including a detailed report with lots of pictures. Their findings were in plain English, and my service advisor explained the whole report. As I suspected, there was no problem with my car! I appreciate that Christian Brothers is thorough and honest, and I will be servicing my car at their shop moving forward. As far as customer service goes, they can't be beat! I stayed and worked (free wifi!) while my car was inspected. I heard every single person that came through the front door greeted warmly, offered coffee, and guided through their dealing with the shop with the utmost respect and patience. Christian Brothers treated walk-in customers with the same high level of service as those with appointments. I was so impressed with the Oakmont location! There was no foul language amongst mechanics, the lobby was sparkling clean and inviting, and every employee I saw during the hours I was there was smiling.
