Christian Brothers Automotive Best Service, without being taken advantage of. “Needed a bulb replaced, and State Inspection. Drove over after calling and service was performed upon arrival. The Staff and Management are very courteous, professional, and the price was reasonable. Some places will replace a $5 part, and kill you on Labor! CBA did not hold me hostage!” Lee Vineberg Irving, TX Read moreless

Christian Brothers Automotive Great service “Had an issue with a loud belt and stopped by to have checked out. The team tightened by belt during the inspection for free and that fixed the issue. Anywhere else would have found a dozen of things to charge for. They are good honest people.” K K Coppell, TX Read moreless

Christian Brothers Automotive IT'S ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! “I really don’t like leaving reviews, however every now and then exceptionally good or poor service warrants such action. I took my recently purchased (used) vehicle to Christian Brothers for an inspection and basic service to ensure its road worthiness. Keeping in mind that it’s 13 years old with 126K miles and I didn’t pay much for it. I just wanted a cheap work vehicle that was reliable and could get me from A to B along with some errands for work. It was running great when I bought it in and figured it wouldn’t need much. That being said, they did find an oil leak on some spark plug tubes that actually go through the valve covers. I said to go ahead and fix it. Everything seemed fine and I drove back and forth to work without any problems for a solid week. The trouble started over Thanksgiving when we decided to drive it to some friends about 2 hours away. We were about 30 minutes away when it started running erratic. We had no idea what was going on. We did manage to drive it all the way home with it miss firing and I took it to the car manufactures dealership (Christian Brothers are not open on weekends), thinking problem was not related to the repair. The dealership informed me that oil was leaking into the spark plugs. They charged me $140 for the diagnostics. I was upset, but declined the repair since it was under warranty and took it the following Monday back to Christian Brothers. They worked diligently to redo the repair and did take care of me for the $140 spent at the dealership. I picked the vehicle up two days later right at closing time. I live about two miles from the repair shop. I didn’t make it home and the vehicle started missing again and Service engine light came on. I was at my wits end. I took it back yet again after a call explaining my frustration. Now, this is where I feel a company shows its mettle. I am sure both sides are very frustrated. At all times the staff was very accommodating and I used their shuttle service several times during this experience. You got the sense that they really cared and wanted to fix my vehicle right. The problem ended up being a failing ignition coil pack (the dealership did not find it during their diagnostic – so problem was intermittent). They did solve the issue and did not bill me for the coil pack or additional labor. It’s easy to give glowing reviews when there are no problems, just as it’s easy to leave scathing reviews when problems do occur. Auto repair is a service based industry and where Christian Brothers really shined was solid customer service and real world value. I left feeling satisfied, knowing that Christian Brothers in Valley Ranch stand behind their work and go out of their way to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or bring my vehicles back for future service.” John hEISER Irving, TX Read moreless
