Jim and Debbie Roberts - Owners & Operators

Before joining CBA as a franchisee, Jim had a 34-year career in engineering and information technology, spending four years in the Navy as a jet engine technician. After which he spent 30 years in the technology sector at Lockheed Martin, Hewlett-Packard and West Safety Services, among others. While in tech, Jim successfully managed all aspects of the business, and led large teams and regional divisions. Debbie has spent the past 30 years pursuing her passion for music as a classical violinist, working both as a musician and an instructor as well as owning and managing her own violin studio for the last 20 years. Having raised their family in the Westminster/Arvada area, both Jim and Debbie are excited to be launching something new and serving and connecting with their community in a different way.
