The anxiety is because I have to trust a garage to tell the truth, charge me fairly, and trust the completed work is done correctly. The check engine light is out and the car runs better than it did. I had no experience with them in the past but I appreciated the highpoints of their commercials, honesty and cleanliness. I suspected an alternator problem, which I mentioned to the guys at the front desk when I dropped it off (actually I had it towed there). As it turns out, I had a cable between the battery and the alternator that just had some corrosion on it. They could have said I needed a new alternator and a battery and I probably would have fallen for it and paid for it. Honesty is the point here. The battery in my key fob was dying, and I know better than to ignore that. I couldn't get the key opened, so I stopped at Christian Brothers. It was a small thing, but I was treated like their best customer. Turns out the battery I brought in to replace it was the wrong one, and Steve got the correct battery, replaced it for me and sent me on my way with a spare. What great service.
