“I've been taking our minivan and compact car here for years. Tom and his crew do great work. I have gotten second opinions before and they match up with what Tom's crew says. Recently the minivan was having trouble starting, I was pretty sure the battery was going out but stopped by the shop and asked if they could check the alternator (aware that most shops charge to test that). Tom came out to the vehicle, tested it, showed me where it said the battery was going out, and showed me that the alternator is good. He said have a nice day, we'll see you later. No charge. No up sell. Tom said I've been a long time customer and not to worry about it.”
